അടിയന്തരമായി അറസ്റ്റു വേണ്ടി വരികയാണെങ്കില്‍ അറസ്ടിനു വനിതാ പോലീസു ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ നിര്‍ബന്ധമാണ്‌ ,എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല അവരെ വനിതകള്‍ മാത്രമുള്ള പോലിസ് സ്റ്റേഷനില്‍ കൊണ്ട് പോകേണ്ടതും ആകുന്നു
അതിനും സാഹചര്യം ഇല്ലെങ്കില്‍ സ്റ്റേഷനില്‍ വനിതാ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ ഇപ്പോഴും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതും ആകുന്നു....
ഇന്നി മുതല്‍ അസമയത്ത് നിങ്ങളോട് മൊഴി നല്‍കാനോ ,ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യലിനോ സ്റ്റേഷനില്‍ ഹാജരാകാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കത് നാളെ പകലിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി വയ്കാം
ദയവായി ഇത് പങ്കു വയ്കൂ ...എല്ലാരും അറിയട്ടെ 

The law [which most is not aware of] clearly states that between 6 pm and 6 am, a woman has the right to REFUSE to go to the Police Station, even if an arrest warrant has been issued against her.

It is a procedural issue that a woman can be arrested between 6 pm and 6 am, ONLY if she is arrested by a woman officer and taken to an ALL WOMEN police station.

And if she is arrested by a male officer, it has to be proven that a woman officer was on duty at the time of arrest. Please fwd this to as many girls you know.. Also to boys.. coz this can help them protect their wives, sisters and mothers.

It is good for us to know our rights. To what extent it comes of use remains to be seen in any situation.
